Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. HahaPK may request identity, address and payment-source documents at any time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the HahaPK platform, including all related websites, applications, services, features, content and functionality offered by or through hahapk.cam (collectively, the "Platform"). The following terms, wherever used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to the Platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — to register an account or use any real-money feature of the Platform. HahaPK enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the eligible age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds until the matter is resolved, and notify the relevant authority if required by applicable law.
Being of legal age does not automatically make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently restrict your participation. The Platform is not intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. HahaPK may restrict access from certain territories at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. Required fields typically include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where HahaPK identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited and real-money balances subject to investigation before any release.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. HahaPK will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat or any other channel. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. HahaPK accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
HahaPK applies mandatory KYC verification as a condition of processing withdrawals and, in some cases, as a condition of continued account use. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of current residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our reasonable discretion. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to these Terms. You may access and use the Platform through supported web browsers and official mobile applications only. You must not use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal gambling entertainment.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers or any technology designed to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised. HahaPK makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information presented on the Platform — including odds, game rules, bonus terms and payment information — is accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes or bonus calculations, HahaPK reserves the right to void affected transactions and correct balances accordingly. We will always act reasonably in such circumstances and provide clear notice where corrections are applied.
HahaPK supports deposits via various payment methods that may include bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant payment, and where supported, cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. As a general reference, minimum deposits on the Platform may be set at approximately PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 depending on the method — however, the cashier is the authoritative source for current limits, which may change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. Processing times vary by payment method. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. HahaPK reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending verification or investigation where required by law or internal compliance obligations.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier and may differ by payment method, account tier and verification status. HahaPK does not charge withdrawal fees from its side; however, your payment provider may impose its own transfer charges, which are beyond our control.
You must only deposit funds from accounts and payment methods held in your own name. You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, third-party accounts, business accounts not registered to you, or credit facilities obtained solely for gambling purposes. HahaPK reserves the right to void deposits and suspend accounts where prohibited funding sources are identified.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by HahaPK are subject to individual offer terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:
Promotional examples referenced on the Platform — such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" or "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" — are illustrative only. They are not guaranteed live offers and are subject to availability at the time of your registration or deposit. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Live casino and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages — check individual offer terms.
All bets are accepted subject to HahaPK's prevailing sports betting rules and are only confirmed once acknowledged by the Platform's betting system. Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change during matches. Once a bet has been confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked. HahaPK accepts no responsibility for connection delays experienced by the user that may affect the timing of live bet placement.
Pakistan cricket markets, including PSL franchise matches, ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup and bilateral series, are covered subject to event availability. Settlement of cricket bets follows the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment or interruption, applicable rules are as set out in the Platform's sports rules section.
Bets may be voided where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where an event is cancelled without a result, or where HahaPK has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to your account balance. HahaPK will not void bets retrospectively without clear justification and will communicate the reason for any void where practicable.
Casino games available on the Platform — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), crash games and instant-win titles — are provided by third-party content suppliers. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change. HahaPK does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages and volatility information are published within each game's information panel or help section. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not predict individual session outcomes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by the relevant content provider and applicable licensing authority.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game session — including disconnection, software error or display fault — HahaPK will investigate the incident and apply a resolution in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. As a general principle, malfunctions void any associated plays and stakes are returned. HahaPK accepts no liability for losses arising from unforeseeable technical faults outside its direct control.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from HahaPK or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HahaPK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss not directly caused by a demonstrable Platform error attributable to HahaPK.
HahaPK's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from these Terms, where such liability cannot be excluded by law, shall not exceed the value of your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.
HahaPK does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
HahaPK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; KYC verification cannot be completed; regulatory requirements necessitate account closure; or your account poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to HahaPK.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Following account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable deductions for outstanding wagers or policy breaches) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, governing law and dispute resolution shall survive the termination or expiry of your account and these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution procedures are specified by the applicable licensing authority.
Where the Platform's applicable license provides for a formal player complaint and dispute process, users are encouraged to follow that process before initiating legal proceedings. Details of the applicable complaint mechanism are published in the Platform's Help Centre.
HahaPK reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the Platform's notification system or email to your registered address, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or licensing regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
